Romeo Echo was built on military values: integrity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to duty. What started as a real estate company has grown into something bigger, an organization dedicated to helping veterans thrive after they leave the service.

We're a full service real estate and mortgage company specializing in residential real estate and home loans, with deep, hands on expertise in the VA loan process. From finding the right property to securing the right financing, we guide clients through every step of buying a home. Most of our clients are active duty military and veterans, but we're proud to serve civilians with that same level of care and expertise.

Beyond real estate, we walk veterans through their transition out of the military, connecting them with meaningful employment, supporting veteran entrepreneurs, and making sure they claim every benefit they've earned. Our financial coaching helps veterans get out of debt and start building real, lasting wealth, all at no cost to them.
