His own difficulty in navigating the complex rules related to veteran homeownership and benefits influenced his decision to become a broker. Adam was born and raised in Ventura County. His seven years as a Marine saw him serve abroad in Iraq, Kuwait, and Japan. He continues to be involved in veteran-focused projects close to his heart including Merging Vets and Players, Veterans of Foreign War, and the Marine Corp League. He is also a co-founder of Operation Jump 22, a non-profit helping to put an end to veteran suicide.

Currently, Adam, along with his wife and three children, calls Thousand Oaks home. Outside of professional pursuits he enjoys fitness, reading, and finding new ways to serve others.

Christopher Menardi brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the real estate industry. As a proud USMC veteran, Christopher served for five years as an electrician and mechanic. This time in the military instilled in him the importance of punctuality, discipline, and maintaining a positive mental attitude, even in the face of challenging circumstances.

Loi (LT) Dao is an Active Duty Marine, a dedicated husband, and a father of three boys. During his time as a Marine Corps Recruiter, Loi discovered the joy of helping young adults lay the foundation for their careers. This experience ignited his passion for guiding others through major life transitions, leading him to pursue a career in real estate, where he helps clients build strong foundations for their future through homeownership.

As a First Generation Vietnamese-American, Loi witnessed firsthand the challenges his family overcame to build a better life. This fuels his determination to assist others, particularly Service Members, Veterans, First Generation immigrants, and those who need support in navigating the path to homeownership and financial goals.

Whittnee Kellerman is a skilled Real Estate Agent and Loan Officer with a proven track record in the real estate industry. With a background as an executive assistant and being born and raised in California, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and excellent organizational skills to her role.

Her passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams is evident in her dedication and hard work. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boating, and spending quality time with her family, showcasing her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors.

Roland comes from a background serving 15 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman. Throughout his career, he has participated in humanitarian operations in Haiti in support of Operation Unified Response and fought in Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Roland finished his military career as a Station Commander at Recruiting Station Los Angeles, Marine Corps Recruiting Command. Upon retiring, he immediately transitioned into Real Estate where he found a huge need for exceptional service to those who have served. Through his journey he built Romeo Echo, a real estate company dedicated to serving those who have served. Roland discovered another passion in helping put an end to veteran suicide. In 2018, he created Operation Jump 22, a non-profit corporation spearheading the fight to prevent veteran suicide through skydiving. Roland and his wife Michelle live in Valencia, California where they are raising their two children.

After serving six years in the Marine Corps, I turned my love of helping others into a new real estate career. In fact, my interest in real estate started in 2009 as I had to watch from afar as my family became a victim of the market crash that devastated so many Californians. That experience lit the fire in me to learn everything I could about the housing market. Once I finished my military obligation, I quickly turned my attention to obtaining my real estate license. Soon after that, I started working with Romeo Echo as an agent and advisor. I particularly love this company because of its dedication to helping people find the best homes possible, regardless of their background or life circumstances.
